Classic London Gin cool and dry, with great presence of juniper and with a curious story behind which owes its name.
When King George II of Great Britain decided to separate the professions of surgeon and barber, who until now has played in barbershops, He didn't knows that he would become famous one of the classic products of London gin.
A lack of alcohol in barbershops used what they had most close at hand and was the alcohol from the Gin which used to give freshness and fragrance after shaves. Hence arises the name of Barber's Gin.
This gin uses only juniper, coriander, thyme and angelica root for processing, fleeing citrus that are now in vogue. Therefore it is recommended to take alone with tonic and incorporate lemon peel or orange if that want more fruity touch.
It is made following the traditional canon gin craze in traditional stills.
