Grapes entered to refrigerated tanks at 6 ° C, performing a cold maceration for 4 days. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place without incident. Following the selection of deposits in May 2006, he began his upbringing separately: 60% in new French oak barrels and the rest in American oak barrels for two years. During his 24 months in oak it was racked 4 times by the traditional method. In June 2008 the most suitable lots were selected and, after coupage, proceeded to bottling.

Very intense aroma, fresh with notes of forest berries, raspberries, currants and blackberries, mixed with a spicy background, licorice, cinnamon and mint chocolate. The palate is structured, well-balanced and acidity and tannins round and marked steadily.
