Harvesting and Processing
Elaborated according to the traditional method, with second fermentation in bottle at 14ºC. The "tiraje" is made in December, using yeasts selected for years by the team of winemakers and who give this cava a personal character. After two years in rhyme, the artesanal "degüelle" was made, without addition of expedition liquor.
Pale golden color and bright. Fine and persistent bubble. The nose is fresh and very floral. Soft citrus notes and some yeast, bakery and bread dough.
It is a wine that can be drunk alone, as a drink, or accompanied by snacks and light dishes
